I was trying to downlode the ROM for Final Fantasy Ledgends of this site but when it was finished i went to where the computer had put it and tryed to open it put the computer said that it couldn't find it.

Try redownloading it and putting it on your desktop first, then move it to where you want it
Also try downloading Mozilla Firefox first from www.mozilla.org to replace Internet Explorer, it's a nicer and more secure browser and (I think) by default will put downloads on your desktop for you, plus it's easier to find where you downloaded stuff in it anyway
