Exotic Scales

Well, im not 100% sure where to put this. It could vaguely fit in EoEO, The lounge, or arts and writing. Im putting it in here because more people seem to read this. Anyway, im looking for some help musically. Does anybody know the whole/half step pattern to some exotic scales. Im not interested in Major, Minor, or Harmonic/Melodic minor. I already know those. Im looking for something with an odd sound, like an Egyptian, Arabian, Latin kind of sound. Anything that you don't ordinarily hear in regular, everyday music. Something that is from anotehr culture is exactly what i am looking for. If anybody could help me out here, it would be much appreciated.
