I know he's in the game...but his appearance is blank to me...

yup, he is the one who goes Gyahaha and had a black beard, scarlet went Kyahaha. I cant recall what department he is head off but he was in charge of Tsung and the turks.

There's not much he can do that would mean anything. Not everybody likes the same things/people as everybody else. I'd like to think he's mature enough to realize that.

One can never truely say WHO Heidegger is. Can you ever tell another person what the most beautiful day is? Can true beauty ever really be defined? Can the inner workings of life's most precious mircales even be known to mankind? If you can tell me the sound of one hand clapping, I can tell you who Heidegger is.
