Emu help?!

I have Nesticle, and have been trying to play FF1, but I get to a certain point and the game stops. I get up to the Earth Cave level below the Vampire (he's already been defeated) and get ready to proceed down the stairs to the next level and the game just stops. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas about how I should go about fixing this? I'm running a very-slow Pentium 1 PC with Win 98 (I know, sucks...) and haven't found another NES emulator that will work on my machine (JNes doesn't work.)

if you have any more trouble try downloading an emulator called famicomunist its the best nes emulator ive ever used

I think you are complety right. Every game I own always does it well. And the games I had that are copied, were always very bad, always making problems. And if you want the original version from FF 1, try buying the PS version or wait on the version of the GBA. I think but will rock.

If you want the ORIGINAL original, try ebay, there's almost always about 50 copies for auction at any given time.
