Has anyone else ever notived that RPG'S teach you to steal everything that isn't nailed to the floor. Even if it's totally useless like the Barons Horn in Dragon Warrior 4. Although in that game a queen does arrest you for being a thief, you prove your innocence right before you steal a small medal from the very same girls drawer. What are we doing to ourselves!!

There needs to be an NPC in each game that sits on his porch brandishing his boomstick saying "Get offa mah property."
I've noticed the whole "walk into a persons house and take whatever they have hidden in their flower pot" deal. It makes me so sad, but I need the gil more than the old lady and her children do!

Honestly, I don't even know what the word means. It just sounded right.
In Morrowind you can steal just about anything. Sometimes a store clerk will just have the best god damn thing in the store <i>right there</i>. So, you steal it, get your name cleared for some pocket change and get to keep it without any other noticable negatives.
This isn't an RPG, but when GTA: San Andreas comes out, I intend to get my guy really, REALLY fat, dress him in the skimpiest outfit possible, break into someone's house and go into their bedroom, then start jumping on them while in their bed.
Am I crazy?
