As tempting as that sounds, I'm going to wait.
I want the full experience. I want to get that game on November 9 and enjoy it to the fullest. This pirated copy is just spoiling the fun of the game. It's like those kids at christmas who go looking for their presents.

Saw this on slashdot last week. They have/had it at Torrentreactor, if anyone's interested. I don't have an X-box, but I decided to see what torrent sites would have it.
yeah the leaks a pretty touchy subject and some boards ban people just for talking about the details of it (bungie and gamespot/faqs). Im wonder where people get PAL tvs in america anyway?

I agree that it is akin to a kid looking for his Christmas presents before hand, but it's an interesting thing to do. I don't know anyone who has and XBox and hasn't already preordered the game, so I somehow doubt this will affect sales anyway.
