When Seifer Attacks a presedent Zell says something like "Oh I get it....YOU'RE RINOA!!!
What's this about? Is it a joke?
Surely Zell's not that stupid! Even if Rinoa cut her hair to Seifer's size and Died it, anyone could tell there is NO resemlance what so ever?
He's not say he's Rinoa he's actually saying ''Oh I get it... So you're Rinoa's boyfriend'' it makes more sense later on in the game so don't worry Zell maybe stupid but he's not that stupid bless him.Obey me for I rule the world of the evil faries

That apostrophe makes all the difference. Like Forgotten_Hope says, Zell was going to say that Seifer was Rinoa's boyfriend. Seifer told him to shut up at that point, since Seifer and Rinoa stopped seeing each other after the previous summer.
