Ah, I've had the addiction for four years and it's done me no harm. It's caused me to end up alone in a city where I don't really have any close friends in a country where I only have one relation and the city happens to be at the other end of the world... but otherwise I can't think of much it's done.My sandwich is in the bin, I don't have a car, and I flush my loo... so it's all good.
