Get Barret to level 70 and equip him with Missing Score and Wizard Bracelet. Equip to him these materia:
- 5 HP plus (1 star)
- Phoenix (2 stars)
- Time (2 Stars)
- Barrier (3 stars)
- Full Cure (forgets how many stars)
