help me with the avatars

You can upload your own avatar, off your hard drive.
Go to 'Edit avatar' on the User Control Panel, then select 'use custom avatar' at the bottom of the screen.

Also, please don't double-post; if you make a typo or need to change what you posted, you can edit it by using the 'edit/delete' button.

The best thing is to find an avatar on the net of your own and resize it to 60x60 pixels. I don't really know what you're having troubles with...
