chaos: All FF's are pretty good, and really, it all matters on opinion. I say try out the one you might be most interested in, but if you need a suggestion, "FFVI" is pretty good.

All FFs are great games yet my favourites would be FFVII, FFX, or FFVI.
FF9 is a great game but some argue it is not as good as others. If you are going for an easy one, FFX is the one for you.

does anyone know how you get HP Break, what you need and how many of it?
If memory serves, Break HP Limit is made by using 30 Wings to discovery on a piece of armour. Wings to Discovery can be found:
30 - In the calm lands-remiem temple. Win the chocobo race and finish with three open treasure chests and no bar-thingys.
4 - Bribe Malboro for 135,000gil or more.
1 - After beating Shinryu in Monster Arena.
