Hey guys. I'm new to this forums and I've been looking for 1000 words' Guitar tab for days and I found none. Some one please helppppp....(I'm planning to perform this in a show coming up at the end of the school year please please please please please help.)

Umm, Iunno if this is a bit too much to ask...But can you try putting them into tab? like as in those with 6 lines and which threat, because I'm not yet too skilled

and umm...also I have this music sheet I found...So if you can't translate it from just that chord/lyrics attachment bomber nicely gave to me. Here is the whole music sheet...someone please translate this into TAB for me please please please
