Whenever you view a thread, you will find a link somewhere on the page which will allow you to send a brief message to anyone you like. Your referrerid is added to the link you send, so if your friend registers on this forum as a result of viewing the link you sent to them, your referrals total will automatically be credited!

Why even bother? Nobody ever bothers reading a FAQ other than the people who don't need to. And chances are, when they needed to in the past, they hadn't bothered, and they got flamed for it, which is why they now know and understand and flame others for doing the same bloody thing.
It's just like trying to be a father figure or a big brother and hand down advice that nobody wants to hear. No matter how good the advice is, nobody's going to listen, so why waste your breath.

Well, if I wasn't all dead serious about all these issues, then if I told a joke, people would actually realise it's a joke instead of taking what I said at face value. This would disrupt the balance of, uh, something, and then... uh... bugger it, I've completely lost where I was going with this.

I still say the one and only rule should be "use your f***ing brain" and anyone too stupid to follow tha rule should be banned, as well as forbidden from ever, ever reproducing.
