I prefer to use accumalate so much that when the monsters finally make it to the party they are so strong it usually kills the monsters in one blow. I fight at Mandalia Planes (I don't remember which way I come in). I have Ramza in whatever job he is on the far right (your right when looking at the screen) Another knight or lancer on the far left. A monk in between them with charka. A archer or black mage behind the monk. Then a whatever I feel like behind Ramza. This works great and the people on the front get a ton of exp for killing the monsters and the weaker ppl in the back are never in threats way.
