Reported posts to wrong people

Yeah, so I've been away for like a month or so (no time for internet perusing, I'm afraid, among other reasons). But, anyways, I got a fine email from you guys a little bit ago, about a reported post. Last time I checked, Site Staff can't do anything about rouge posts, so it may not be a good idea for them to get mails about them, or something. Just thought I'd let you know. OTOH, if the message was just trying to drag me back, maybe it worked.

All Site Staff are moderators of both the Site Staff forum and the Land of Exdee (xD). SSS are also mods of The Project, and Proto's a mod of the World of Eizon. It'll be pretty rare that people warn posts in those forums because in general everyone's pretty good at what they do there, but there will be the odd email that gets sent out once in a blue moon. You don't have to do anything, but I personally trust that if you do do something, then you'll do it right (eg. close a spam thread or something).
