I think that they should only make FF7 game:D(and movies)

if we do too much of the story, then we can no longer contemplate and reach our conclusions abuot certain things. if we did too many games about ne final fantasy,we'd learn about off the wall things that make no sense like "oh man, sephiroth is really cloud's father" or some weird stuff like that. thats what fan-fictions are for

I agree, they're already beating the horse. I hope it doesn't continue posthumously.
When they do Final Fantasy sequels, they experiment too much, resulting in either good gameplay the cost of the plot, or, what I anticipate for this title, bad gameplay with a good plot. I know it's too early to judge, but, eh... just my feeling.
