Thre is a terrorist threat. However, I believe it is being exagerated for electoral reasons.

And I don't like the way it's being dealt with. I don't think starting wars is going to decrease the threat: quite opposite.

We haven't started a war, we're simply fighting it.

the New York Times has a great review of this movie. Of course, the New York Times is just a party organ for Democrats, so you can't trust anything it says.

No, I don't remember that. But I remember when he gave 25,000 dollars to families of suicide bombers, I remember when he gassed Kurds, I remember when he murdered hundreds of thousands, I remember when he experimented with biological and chemical weapons, and I remember when he almost had nuclear weapons.

Having said that, this isn't about Saddam Hussein, Al Quaeda, or even Bin Laden. Those are just figures, people that stand for something - something that has put a goal to fight the Western world. Now, that's war. You can shove your head in the sand and hope that your arse doesn't get kicked... or you can do what's right.

I remember when America gave billions of American tax money to autocratic regimes (including Saddam), remember when America carpet bombed already oppressed people, remember when America murdered millions, remember when America expirimented with biological and chemical weapons, and I remember how America has nuclear weapons.

Hypocracy is running all too rampant in the country.

Not quite. Yes, defend yourself. But there's a difference between:

    1) defending yourself from the bully,

    2) beating up the bully, beating up the bully's friends, beating up anyone who was ever nice to the bullies and beating anyone who happens to resemble the bully.

Follow the second course of action, and hey - guess what you are?

gosh dont remember any of this

america is a country. what some people within it decide to do shouldn't be a cause to group all the people there into one omnipotently evil entity.

Well Im glad u remember all that, just dont forget who gave him the weapons to gas the Kurds, the worlds greatest friend and defender of freedom, the all powerful self declared policemen of the world, thats right im talking about the United States oF America.

Also remember that we never went to war over any of that. We didnt go because Hussein gassed the Kurds, We didnt go because he gave money to people to blow themselves up in Israel, we didnt go to war because he killed his own people, we didnt go to war because he had used chemical/biological weapons, and we also didnt go because he ALMOST had nuclear weapons.

Saddam was a bad man. I wasnt happy that he was in power, but im much less happy that 1100 American soliders have died without a cause and more are dying everyday. And its been estimated that 20,000 Iraqis have also died since this war began. And the fact that we made Israel alittle safer doesnt help me sleep at night, i dont know about the rest of u.

Using the bullies don't bug you if you don't fight back tactic isn't good. It's far more effective to break the guy's nose than to do nothing and let the guy bug you every day.

Yeah, I know, but I get kinda irked when I read "America" when we are talking about USA. It's not like there are no other countries in America. I can understand the use of "american" to refer to stuff from USA, because there is not a better term, but I dunno...using America to refer to a country is like calling France...Europe.
