Ohh yes. Especially when I say "ok I'm gonna check my email then head to bed". Then I have a bunch of topic notifications, and I check those. Then I have to reply to them. Then I forget my intial plan to go to bed and instead look through a bunch of other threads. TIs bad, especially when you have class at 9:00am the next morning.
