i have the last limit breaks for certain characters such as barret tifa areis etc.. but the just go "nuffin to do wiht me" and all help please!?! hey i did say please!

Yep I had the same problem for you to have all Limit breaks, cast Fury and MP>HP in the cahracters that you want to have the limit Breaks... for you to learn some Limit Breaks you have to fight certain times....

It doesn't matter where you get them, you just need a certain number of kills. That goes for all of the stage1 limit breaks (except for level1 limits, since you start out with those). Stage2 limit breaks are unlocked when you use the stage1 limit breaks enough times.

Top l earn 'Meteorian' you have to fight certain times no matter what monster you kill, just kill them and you'll get that!

I read you must use your limit break 8 times to get the next limit break once you have that you must deafeat 80 enemies with that character!!!!!

Yes, that's correct, although some say the number of kills required differs between characters, while others maintain that it is exactly 80 kills.
To learn Limit Level X-1: Use the previous limit level 8 times.
To learn Limit Level X-2: Kill 80 enemies.
