im 95% sure, but if you use the airship to get to the calm lands (you appear at the travel agency) head south and she'll be be right there. if you get to the calm lands from macalania, she'll be in the northwest corner by the cliff. if you get to the calm lands from gagazet, she'll be macalania... maybe? im sure of the first one. i dont have the game on me, so im not sure of the other two.
