Do you have cold hands?

This is a legitimate question (as opposed to the litter of illegitimates that I fathered a few months ago) -- Are your hands (and usually feet) typically cold? Mine are. My body is warm but my extremities are often cold. I don't know why that's the case. When I was a kid I would sit watching tv with a hot bucket of water for my feet. It was relaxing and scary at the same time (a wicked combination if you ask me).

If you have cold hands/feet, what do you do about it? If you don't, do you find me insane and bizarre and 'weird' and 'wtf'?

My feet get cold sometimes, but then I just put on socks and go about my day. My hands rarely ever get cold.

Yes. My feet and hands seems to be cold a lot but, I also smoke so that doesn't help.
