If you're like me, and would prefer not to buy from Ebay if you can avoid it, you might check out the dealers below. As far as downloading for free is concerned, you can try P2P clients like WinMX and Kazaa, but you might download a virus. Besides, it's unethical, and the quality is never as good. Buy the CDs and be done with it.
