I actually agree with most of Blair's policies (with a few notable exceptions). Can't say the same for Bush.

I'll go with Blair since he's actually admitted mistakes and has taken some responsibility, which is a foreign word to the Bush Administration no matter how you spin it.

blair is a horrible prime minister, but it could be worse we could have Gordon brown in charge. don't really know much about bush but i agree with the general trend of his foreign policy.
