chaos: Now, you don't see Kuja stocking up on Elixers, Materia, or magic now do you? If any FF character did not spend the time to go runnin' around in circles then he would eliminate all of them.
Rubedo: Villan-wise, it's your own opinion. Personally, I found him an excellent one. Not one that came out of the blue. One that explained his motives, and got decent screen time.
