I really felt the need to expand on this so I decided I would.

Advent Children - What happened after the actual game.
Before Crisis - What happened before the actual game.
Crisis Core - What happened either before or after the actual game.
Dirge of Cerberus - Another thing that happened after the actual game.
Eventual Castration - The one where Don Corneo really does get it chopped off.
Finally Concluded - Not the final conclusion.
Grand Colloseum - Play as your favourite FFVII characters in a large colloseum. 3D fighting game with materia to boot.
High Cloud - Drug dealing game. You play as a Shinra worker who sells Jenova cells and injects people with mako energy.
Impossible Conundrum - A very easy game.
Jenova Cells - The world has been infected with the jenova cells and you have to kill them all. 1st person shoot'em'up.
Kingdom Carts - You can play as either FFVII or Disney characters in this fun-fun go-kart game.
Lamentable Continuation - Another attempt to continue on that main story.
Minus Creativity
Non Consenting (R18) - The one where you get to do everything you ever wanted to Tifa, Aeris and all those other famous FFVII characters.
Objectionably Contrived
PC - You are a PC on the streets of Midgar, and it's your job to keep order. But are you fighting on the right side?
Queer Chocobo - Oh ho ho!
Race Champion - Chocobo racing. Go figure.
South Carolina - What Hsu said.
The Cids - Sort of like the Sims, only cooler.
Undercover Corneo - Prequel to Final Castration, you play as Don Corneo and you get yourself some hos.
Vincent's Catastrophe - The game where all the events 30 years before FFVII occur.
Wanking Cloud - This game comes out before Non-Consent. The only difference between Non-Consent and Wanking Cloud is that Wanking Cloud is strictly one player while Non Consent can be played over the internet.
Xtra Cheesey - The same game, only with a lot of cheese. Materia is cheese, weapons are cheese, the meteor is cheese, the mines are cheese, pretty much everything is cheese.
Yuffie's Cantalopes - One big side-story where you play as Yuffie and do stuff around Wutai and a few nearby towns which were never released in the original game. This plays almost exactl like GTA San Andreas, only you're a chick, so all the guys are much more likely to buy it in order to see what 'things' you can do.
Zach's Chronicle - All the stuff about that guy we really never really got to know.
