Phoenix Down, Raise, Raise 2,and Revive...won't give you the 'reraise' stat... but Reraise, and Dragon Spirit are definitely right.
Calculator's math skill is a great way to give it to a lot of characters at once, and there are two(?) accessories that have it: Angel Rings, and my favorite, the Chantage.Maybe I've missed one...does being undead and coming back after 3 turns count?
