Thread: Final Fantasy Tactics Trivia!

Worker 7 & mind you, not 8 like the one in your freakin party!
Of all the games that i find well worth the work, I can only say that three can properly qualify for the category. And of the three, one is, but of corse, FFVII. The other twon games which i couldn't depart from are Xenogears and FFT. And i also found a pattern, All of which were released 1997 or 1998 and were on PS. I have lost some faith in Squaresoft when they merged with Enix, they no longer adapt a well-thought plot as nearly as much as the older titles. And thus, I say to you Square-Enix, "Up yours!"

    That is correct.
In some versions of the game when it first came out his name was Worker 7*New! Hmmmmmmmmm
    Interesting.

well, if anybody knows, list in order the Zodiac stones you recieve (if anybody knows that w/o looking it up, I bow my cap to you) but on a more controllable level... How many battles must you go through until you get to Rat's Den (not including it?)

You mean Cellar of the Sand Mouse? You have to fight at least five battles before you get to it: Orbonne Monastary, Magic City Gariland, Mandalia Plains, Sweegy Woods, and Slums of Dorter.

    Anyway I think it's

There's six I think: Orbonne Monestary, Magic City Gariland, Mandalia Plains, a random battle at Mandalia Plains after coming back from the castle (I can't remember the cities name.) [I don't think that the random battle at Mandalia is avoidable, I haven't ever been able to go through without a random battle.], Sweegy Woods, & The Slums of Dorter.

    Grin Hmm.... Let me see....

Here's an easy one, who does Algus shoot at Fort Zeadken and why. Also a bonus question: who's holding the person he shoots? (A bit harder.)
Thanks- BudSoda02 BudSoda02@yahoo.com p.s Sorry for being so late w/ the post! (Memorial day weekend.)

Algus shoots Teta at Zalbag's order, because they want to finish off the Death Corps and she's in the way. Since she's a commoner, she's considered expendable.

Isn't it Golagros who holds her hostage?

hehe, actually, he appeared in about 6 different scenes of FFT, so i would only be mildly suprised if someone knew his name....

I knew that... And seeing as this is a final fantasy site, I'm not surprised at all. Especially if you've been here a while, you'll soon see that we aren't stuped so easily. BG-57, Behold The Void and feion are FFT masters. I'd love to include myself in that list seeing as I've beaten the game front to end at least 12 times, but I can't prove it since I'm not on the site as much as I'd like to be. Or if I am I'm in the other forums...

Anyhow, a trivia question like "who's holds Teta when she's shot?" is like asking what is the capital of the USA to someone who LIVES in D.C.

(Actually I'll wager there are people living there who don't know that.)

Aw gee, that's very nice of you to say. :grinpink: Thanks!

For what it's worth, I'd include you in the list (I'd add in Despotus as well).

BudSoda02 sent a PM confirming my answer so here goes:

Question: Most generic monsters are very taciturn (they say '...' if you click on their icons), but you do get some glimpse of the monster vocabulary in a few instances. Give two examples of monster languages.

well you can get 2 in the same battle in the "goblins forest" arguary woods or something the party finds a pack of goblins conversing around boco where all there words start with a G and boco (all chocobos realy) seems to speak with a wark plus if you think about it you can count all the zodiac bosses because they are monsters and you can count Sinogue and worker 7 who both talk. also i dont remember because its been a while but dosent byblos say something too?
