Besaid has the top number on one of my fav. locations in Spira, All nice and peaceful, not crowded like Luca. Sure, there are some other locations i like, but if i had to choose where i'd live in Spira, i'd choose Besaid.
i like Besaid, i wish it were real so i could take my summer vacation there....

My fav place has got to be Zanarkand....ooohh there's a lot of memories there....

Calm lands, macalania, and the moonflow.
The calm lands are boring as crap, but it's where the most interesting stuff is (ie, monster arena, that weird guy in the north that flies away after you talk to him, and belgemine's temple)
Macalania has the most interesting temple I think (bevelle doesn't seem like a real one, I guess it's because the cloister is so different) plus I love snow
The Moonflow is just cool, because it's the one place that looks the most realistic. I mean really, it looks a lot like Arkansas in spring time, if you're in a cloudy day with lots of stuff all greenplus, that river is awesome. They should've went back there instead of to the Spring after bevelle.

I wish you could have explored Bevelle thoroughly, it seems like it would be quite an awesome place to abide. Since you can't my favourite place to be is Mt. Gagazet. Ironically, this place is also my least favourite. It's my favourite because it's such a beautifully designed area, with a lot of unique paths and caves. It's my least favourite because it's one hell of the ride to actually explore the place through and through.
After a long and thoughtfull time of thinking, I would say that Besaid because it is a very nice place, great scenary and music... But i do like moonflow, very pretty place, yeah...
