VERY few FF games actually have dark as an element. Most of the time dark is just the condition of being blind. I'm going with non-elemental since it can't be stopped by anyone.

I think you're thinking of darkness. Usually, if there isn't a "Dark" elemental, Demi or Gravity will take its place.

Anyway, I voted Thunder, Dark, Holy, and Non-Elemental. As for Non-Elemental not counting as an elemental, think of it like the colors white, grey, and black. They're accepted by the general public as colors, but artistically, they're not really colors.
I've always liked the electricity elemental, it's my favorite in anything, including real life. I also like Dark and Holy because they represent "evil" and...well "holy." Then Non-Elemental is kind of Dark and Holy's mediator.
