The Northern Lights

AURORA ALERT: If it's dark where you live, look for auroras now. An extreme geomagnetic storm is in progress, sparking Northern Lights as far south as West Virginia, Ohio, the Carolinas, Colorado and Utah.

I can see it from Central Illinois. Large patches of light are flickering across the sky. Pretty cool.

Its supposed to continue throughout the night as well as tomorrow night.

I'd never seen them before, it was pretty cool. Nowhere near as bright as that picture, of course.

Ooooh! Northern Lights! I love Northern Lights! We get them pretty often up here.

Too bad it's cloudy at the moments. I can't see them well.
