    Default Do I need it?

I was just wondering if service pack 2 for XP is worth downloading. Do I need it or not. The thing is i am low on disk space and this is gonna take most of what little i have left. So do I need it?

    Thanks
It doesn't matter what any of us is looking for,we'll never find it,
    because it's not even there

Just make sure you have SP1 with all the critical updates.

If you're low on disk space, then you most certainly do not want it, as it eats another 1 GB off your Windows drive.

Yeah but you can eliminate system files, various unnecessary 1 gig files, and all that.

And where does the gig come from? MY windows directory is only 1.68 gigs. It would be smaller if I knew more things to delete :D

Actually, wtf? Mine's over 2 GB *_* Although 500 MB of that is just fonts. I guess I'd like to know a few things to delete too
