!THOSE ARE KEY ITEMS!

Do somebody know where to find it?'Cause I can't.
That two letters really exsit.I have them on my PC version, but it is too on PS.
It can't be used, I don't know where to use it.

I have never heard of these items either, but if i could take a guess i would say that if you battled in battle square after buying omni-slash and W-summon materia, you get random strange and unusabke items and these letters you are talking about could be one of these.

In the Nibelheim flashback, there's a letter on Tifa's desk. The letter's from Jonny, the neurotic guy who's got a soft spot for her. In the present, there's a different letter on the desk - a report to Hojo regarding something of importance to the plot.

I've never encountered any letters as collectable items, though.

That's interesting. Unfortunately, it also appears to be useless as mentioned. Though not as useless as Tissues, Diaries, etc.
