to stop myself from going insane I play an online RPG called The prophets song. Site here the community on the forum and in the game keeps me pretty sane. also the fact that I talk to tons of people on IRC and on msn. Normally whilst listening to whatever winamp or media player throws my way. (normally Atreyu, 3 doors down, linkin park, evanescence and Lacuna Coil)

I sew or something. Doing things that have an end product calm me.

Or I swear at Ashley. That also calms me.

Going insane? hmm...I probably wouldn't end up going insane.

But for diversions:
University work, projects, listening to lots of music, staying up late.
