I like sharing Blue Magic with the entire party, so I voted FFV. I use E-skill from FFVII the most though.

BTW, do the Ultima and Zodiac spells from FFT count as Blue Magic? You have to get hit by them to learn them.

I voted Quina only because the Enemy Skill Materia wasn't a choice. As far as Blue magic goes, the job/class/ability is rather weak in comparison to other ones in each game. VII is the only one in which I feel it plays a great use. For Kimahri's I only got all of the skills for completion, But I actually used Quina and its (no gender was given for the entire Gourmand race) abilities. FF8 had no need for Blue magic, especially with the emphasis on GFs. Only if you play GFless can Blue Magic be of use in 8. Strago had only a few Lore spells that were worth anything, but by by the time you get them you should have a few people with crazy magic from esper usage, making his abilities obscolete. FF5's Blue mage class is easily overshadowed by numerous other jobs, again, I only completed them for my personal satisfaction.

Touching base on Kimahri again, People who say they never used him are making a HUGE mistake. He's the character that can make the game really easy for you (not as much as Auron, but definitely a gamebreaker). With proper grid movements Kimahri quickly passes Wakka and Tidus in strength. Throw in the occasional usage of his Blue magic and he is a reall asset to your group. Another great advantage Kimahri has over the other "physical characters" (Lulu, Rikku and Yuna weren't too physical) is his early aquisition of potent status inflicting weapons. It isn't until much later you can get powerful status weapons for Wakka, Auron or Tidus. Lulu gets decent status weapons early, but who honestly attacks physically with the (arguably) 2nd best black mage in FF history (Vivi takes the 1st position).

BG-57, I guess technically it is because you learn it from enemies, but since FFT has no Blue Mage Class, sadly they do not count.

    I voted for Strago.

Of all the games he is the only character that trully is a blue mage, and states himself as a blue mage. Though FF5 has blue mage trades, you easily change such trades, meaning no one was a permanent blue mage.

He was an old crazy man with a good heart. Very set on giving Realm a world to live in free from the evil.

Those who say his lores are hard to obtain, and there weren't many good lores just didn't know the best way to obtain them. Have Realm control the monsters and have them cast their special skills on Stragon. Having him equiped with that relic that prevents instant kill spells is helpful. The Vedlt was a great place to learn Lores as was Kefka's Tower of Doom. Lortes such as White Wind anmd Blow FIsh/1000 needles were definetly great.

Quistis, only because she could learn Griever's Shockwave Pulsar and Lv?Death.
