3 or 4 years ago, I was first introduced to FFVII (PC) through my friend, but I didn't even have a chance to play.![]()
That's why I just finished it (PS) 2 years ago. Too late.
BTW, FFVII's my first RPG. And, I really :<3: FF.

I started Final Fantasy when I was 17 years old so it was three years ago when I started my first game called Final Fantasy 8.
Why? Cause I have a crush on FF8 LOL!!!![]()
WHHOOOOO, do you guys, and girls, make me feel old. I must be the only person here who started playing FF in their twenties!!! (23 to be precise) In 1998 I started playing FF Tactics, and haven't slept much since. I took a break from time to time to play FF's 7,8, and 9...![]()
I have been playing Final Fantasy for 14 years, I feel old. I will continue to play even when I have Grand Kids and great grandkids, If I live that long.
The end is near, do not look twards the heavens, yet look to your home and what you will leave behind.

I was about twelve or thirteen when I got FF8 for Christmas and for lack of better names and not wanting Squall with his name, I named him PIKACHU. Then I played 7, LOD, Chrono Cross and so on
*You know it's over, growing colder, I need something, leads me next to nothing...*

i only got one of the many final fantasy's last year during *angst* Decmber.
Gracious, I remember playing Final Fantasy when it first debuted in America, back when I was 3. So roughly a good 14 years ago back in 1990. Though I remember that my dad purchasing the original release 16 days after I was born on 12/18/87. I still play both the Japanese release and the original American release to this day. Good times... gooood times.

Wow...I will pass my FF knoldege down to my daughter when she is old enough to understand. She tryes to play now and she is 16 months old, I think that qualifies her as the youngest to start playing FF
There are 10 kinds of people. Those who understand binary and those who don't.
It's kinda weird to think that there were people who were only 6 when FF7 came out. I mean, the first one I played was FF2 (SNES) right after it came out. I rented it. But then shortly after, I bought FF1 for the NES, and then bought 2, 3, and I was confused as heck when they made 7 instead of 4. I looked into it, straightened things out, and since then....
Well, I'm getting off topic. My bad.

When I was 12, I got my first taste of Final Fantasy freshness on the NES. A homie of mine's mother called us, "Brain rots," because we spent so much time on that.
When I was 15, a friend and I went to our local rental store to rent a game and a DVD. We looked around and couldn't find any games that we wanted (I wasn't familiar with the RPG genre at the time). Then, in the corner of my eye stood an interesting little game called Final Fantasy X...This is how my RPG obsession started. It was only two years ago, but I have since beat six FF's and a whole bunch of other RPG's.
Casteal is my little sister!
