I was 11!! That was in 2001 about when FFX came out. FFIX was my first.

I thought it would be easier and cheaper to come by now, than a few years ago. Because it's a greatest hit. I know here, they still have quite a few copies in stores for nineteen or whatever bucks.

You know you're obsessed with FF when...:laughing:
1) You yell at the characters. i.e "Cloud, what the heck do you think you're doing?!"
2) You praise the characters and/or tell them you love them. i.e "Oh yeah, Squall!"or"Nice save Tidus!"
3)You start to dress/talk/act like the characters and/or pick up their habits i.e saying ...'whatever' half the time,randomly pointing your finger in the air when you talk to someone,ect
4) You talk about the characters as if you know them. i.e "Oh yeah, I think Cloud and Tifa should get together."or" Seifer such a big jerk!ââ¬Â
5) When you're playing FF and someone asks what you're doing you reply "saving the planet".
6) You mistakenly refer pounds/dollars/euros as Gil afew times.
7) When you grow up you want to be a -SeeD/ Shinra Soldier/ Galbadian Soldier/ member of SOLDIER/ Sorceress/ Choco Sage/ Garden Master/President of Shinra Inc./ Turk/ Scientist/Summoner/Mage/White Mage/Sephiroth
8) You wondered (or wished) one (or more) of the following:
--You knew did know (and /or)knew someone as cute as Squall/Cloud/Irvine/Sephiroth/Vincent/Tidus ect,Tifa/Aerith/Yuffie/Rikku/Yuna/Rinoa/Selphie ect

I was 15 when I first played Final Fantasy.....
began with FF VIII which launched at 1998-1999 and became very popular so I attracted to but it.
Then I continued to play FF V, then FF VII, FF VI, FF IV, and finally FF IXI buy also the FF origins, but the graphics are poor and the gameplays are boring, so I stopped.
It was in 2003 when I was 13 years that I play for the first time FF.
Now I have beaten FF5,6,7,8,9,10,10-2,CC
I was introduced to it at.... 1998 o.o With FF7, I think.
And since then I've beaten
FF1, 5, 7, 8, 9, Tactics and Tactics Advance.
Played 2, 4 and 6 but didn't beta these yet
Never played 10 and 10-2

I was actually twentythree, I think. My fiance introduced me to Final Fantasy 4 and 6. At the time of this writing, I have played those two, a small part of 10, and am working on 1. I know I started late, but that's due to never having any consoles growing up, or any friends who owned any, or I would surely have started much sooner.
i played my first ff game when i was 6 . now im a die hard final fantasy fan! but that was 5 years ago
9 or 10 years ago, i was 7 or 8. my friend had ffii for his SNES. was always over there playing

it'd have to be when I was 11, and my long-lost mom (I hadn't seen her for a while-but this isn't eyes on eachother) let me borrow FF8... I got totally hooked, and since then i've played/beaten FF1,4,5,6,7,8,9,and 10 (but I hated and now refuse to play X-2)
EDIT:but heres the weird thing. Almost every Final fantasy game i've played has never been mine. I've always borrowed them...
