where do you get healing springs and mega pheonix's

i want my characters to have auto-haste/pheonix

You can find mega pheonix's in Zanarkand and Mt Gagazet.
You dont use healing springs to get auto-haste, you use chocobo wings. To get them you need to steal them from cactuars(you'll usually find feathers but sometimes wings)
