Eat more.
Drink alot of sugary Koolade and eat a few fiber wafers too.
Habanero peppers.

The old fashion way. Use the restroom, a lot. Bring something to read. It's going to be a while.
Eat charcoal brickettes.
Bananas do it for me.
If it persists, though, consult a doctor.
Oh thank god someone with the same problem. I just eat on the toilet and I'm fine.
The great thing about diarrhea is that the waste comes out pretty smoothly. No pain or anything. Though it's a hassle to clean up afterwards...but still.
there is pain if it's 70% stomach acid
