OK well my step dads computer has been having some problems since he got SP2. He couldnt read anything in his CD drive and now after I did a system restore I get a blue screen that says to do a virus scan and all that good stuff but, the computer won't start up and and mode ( be it safe/regular/ect.) at the bottom of the blue screen it says "stop: 0XOOOOO7B (OXF8B02528,0XC00000034,0X00000000,0X00000000)


Anyone know what's wrong?
