I'll try explain it the best I can..

You need to host your image... I use Photo Bucket if you want to aswell go to that link and sign up, then upload the image you'd like as your signature, the picture then appears on the page choose the top of the 3 texts it gives you and copy and paste it into your signature like zacks_clone said
