i fall asleep to final fantasy soundtracks, braveheart soundtrack, lotr. anything that has no lyrics, otherwise you get involved in singing along in your head and you can't sleep.

my friend likes to put on a movie to send her to sleep. it's a good idea coz watching movies makes you sleepy (anyone else ever noticed that?) and when you're tired enough you can close your eyes and the tv will switch itself off (god bless the inventor of the sleep timer!)
