As long as I'm not playing it, Final Fantasy music is quite relaxing to go to sleep to. Usually I listen to some background TV, usually some anime I like. Hmm... Thinking about it makes me sleepy ^^ I need to find some way to wake up. Luckily I have my MP3 player handy, so it'll get better momentarilly.
