Uk Linkshell

Im looking for a linkshell in the uk, or evon a u.s would be ok, i just dont want a linkshell like i have at the mo, where all i see is loads of people talking in dutch or whateva, a linkshell where people talk english alot of the time would be great. Uk, or US, anyone know a good one? if so can u post the link or something,
