Definitely Cloud I have never seen Omnislash do less 9999 damage with a hit but whenever I use Lionheart it does alot of 7000s and 8000s Cloud would kick squall's butt.

Well, it's like asking which color is better, red or blue? it's all a matter of opinion. personally i like blue better, but that doesn't mean it's better. for the main question, my bet would be on Squall. nothing's going to top Lionheart.
