Super pants? In his action figure his pants are way too large, so we call them Candy Pants (in other words, he hides candy in them, and people like to hide other things in them, like porn. If you knew you'd understand...)
Seifer kicked Squall's ass in the opening FMV, Squall kicked Seifer's ass in Deling. Seifer got his ass pwned by Squall+Friends 3 more times after that. At the end of the game, how would the two fare against eachother? If you have no clue how to Junction, Seifer's a challenge, but if you're like me, he was a sinch (probably the most in the game).

any way i still say that squall is better than seifer. that is my point

I love Seifer but Squall is also bloody great so really I can't decide who's side I'm on.... and they are bout so hot!!! And the fight in the beginning ends with they bout being even, cause they scar each other for life, right? But of course Squall ends up in the hospital wing so Seifer won, but also lost in a way, do I make any sense at all?? -_-‘

Oh yes, I forgot to add my piece about who'd win.
One thing I noticed about the way the two fight is that Squall has very vulgar attacks. You can see it in how he runs up to the enemy, whereas Seifer glides, almost flies up to the enemy in a graceful manner. This... agility Seifer has might give him the advantage over Squall. Also because he fights dirty *laughs*
Squall and Seifer may be considered rivals but i think NOT. Squall can whoop his @$$!
I'm neutral, everyone knows that Laguna would shoot them both up with his Machine Gun and win!
One thing to note is that 'graceful' does not equal 'effective' A vulgar strike kills just as hard as a graceful one, and two hands hit harder than one. Squall and Seifer are FIGHTING, not having a beauty contest.
That said... they're rivals. If one of them was clearly stronge rthan the other, they wouldn't constantly be vying for superiority. SO they're about equally strong.

Technically, he did. Not physcally, but because he was his farther, Vader turned against the emperor in the end.
Also, technically, Seifer aint evil (SPOILER) the end movie shows him all happy and smiling with Raijin and Fujin i just thouhgt he was a bit of a gimp, not evil.
