Since I think you missed the point, there is actually a band called The Black Mages headed by Uematsu and they've done some rather nice covers of FF songs. I particularly like their version of Gilgamesh's theme from FFV.

actually what i was saying was: i dont think 10-2 is a very good game (i dont have a problem with ppl likeing it, but if u ask me i thort it was a bit of a let down) ayways, i thikn that the music in 10-2 is a bit naff, and that nobou was great for no co-operating (if he did)

Woodwind: Quistis on oboe, Yuna and Garnet on 1st flute, Selphie on 2nd clarinet, Cecil and lulu on 1st clarinet(just listen to lulu's theme, dangit@@), Locke would have fun on bass clarinet Squall on bari sax, Tidus feels like an alto and so does Baralai

Brass: Cloud on baritone; [nooj], steiner and sabin on tuba (sabin+low brass=awesome); edgar, Paine, gippal on trombone, then trumpets. . .hmm, wakka would be a good trumpet, his problem would be over blowing.. how about Edge, Guy, Frioniel, and Yuffie?

Percussion: Vincent= timpani; snare= zell, Barret, mallet: Rinoa, Vincent, Lenna.
