Whats The Best Type Of Music?

Hi all. I want to know what music people like. i like lots of types. Hip/Hop rap a bit of rock. i came up with a list of types of music. i tried to get as many as possible if yours aint up there vote for the one most similiar.

Rock, all the way for me. It somehow relaxes me. When I;m angry, I can just blast it, but also when I'm sad or something, I can just blast it. I don't know how to put it but it helps me think...*turns on Linkin Park*

Rock is my favourite. I like rock with pianos and violins used along with the guitars and drums the most. There are so many types of Rock that you can't dislike all of Rock. Unless you have your head up Jay-Z and talentless people like that's butt. But I digress.

i like blues and classic rock, like led zeppelin and eric clapton. but on that list i put down rock cause i like metallica and other stuff like that too.

Rock is going to be the undeniably best style because metal is incorporated in it. So is grunge. So is Hard-Core. So is Rock and Role. So is modern rock. And some people may like poppyish rock and call it rock, and, therefore, will say rock instead of pop.

There isn't an argument, just an overly broad terminology.

Anyway, I voted rock because it's the best kind of music. From Janis Joplin to Eddie Vedder.

I like the whole rnb dont mind the occasional hip/hop n all...but i'll just vote soul...a friend gave me a cd with all this old school stuff....awesome

Im just gonna stick my head out and say i hate it how people just flat out say "rap is crap" sure some of the new stuff these is pretty sh*t (cough chingy) i think proto made a thread about this....the point was that the old school stuff is much better and it is, but these days artists like Jurassic 5 are ok...dont just capitalise on the whole genre...

Another thing i notice is how people say what is or isnt music...Who cares..? if people listen to it thats their thing u know....sure you can voice out your opinion n all....imean check out that ff7 thread ....everyone dissed that guys review...yea i was pissed but the thing is that the stuff people wrote was just...rude...The underlying issue here is respect....if someone likes something or hates it just respect it and move on sure you can refute it but not in a threatning manner...not everyone here likes the same thing u know...

My favorite type of music is prog rock from the 70's.
