Be glad you don't need nor have had a cast. Besides, scars are a lot cooler.
You may not want to do that. They get pretty gross under there after a while. I'm still horrified from when I got my wrist cast off... little chunks of... stuff. Eew.
Also, having one arm slightly smaller than the other is weird until it gets its shape back.
