It varies, but recently I've been starting about one a month. I think up countless topics for discussion, but very few of them actually make it on to the forums. You'd think this would mean only the best topics get posted, but that's not how it works out in real life.

Almost never. It is much more productive to let someone else take the blame for starting nearly pointless topics.
I only make topics when I feel that I have a disturbing enough subject.
I've not been here so much lately, therefore I've not made too many threads recently.
Way back when I was a newbie I used to make up to five threads each week... stupid I know.

I very rarely post a new thread. Because I have nothing to talk about.
I'm only good at coming up with topics for spam threads. and they don't allow those here^_^
I start about one topic a year. Since I started one in the last week, another long drought is on its way.
Usually a few a week. Depends on my mood really. If I'm really happy I make a lot of new ones. About a month ago I made a whole lot and someone asked me what was wrong with me. People in real life just aren't as interesting to strike up a conversation with and really wouldn't care what I post about anyway.

I do it about once a month, and that thread is usually in the Lounge about sports. I can only make threads about specific things occurring in real life because I have no creativity.
Only when I have questions about something. I maybe post a new thread for about once every 4 months.

Rarely. If I wanted to make a fool of myself more often, I'd post every thread I thought of
I've made 7 or 8 since July 2001...so do the math to average it out.

I hardly make threads, unless they're birthday ones. Nothing I think of is interesting!

I make new topics if I have something interesting to say, or if I am interested in what others have to say. Most of my topics have ulterior motives that only I know. Like one time I made a thread asking people's T-shirt size just so I could get the size of one particular member.
