Instread of double-posting, you're able to fix/add things to your previous post by using the "edit/delete" button located on the bottom right of your post.

Please pay attention to the restrictions on signatures should you make one; they're posted directly above the signautre field when you "Edit Signature" on your UserCP.

Uh... Not much'll get you banned without a warning except for blatant and excessive spamming in a short time frame, going crazy and cursing at everyone, or posting pornography and/or links to sites containing pornography.
